Health Management

In terms of health management as management generally include management functions such as health planning, organizing, staffing arrangements, mobilizing implementation in achieving the objectives of health development, health budgeting (budgeting), control monitoring, and assessment of health development.

1. Health Planning

Health planning is a process for formulating the health problems that developed in the community, determining needs and available resources, establish the most basic program goals, and develop practical steps to achieve the intended purpose.

Steps or Stages of Developing Health Planning

Health development, health organizations, health programs, health projects and activities they each have a general purpose or special purpose. 3. Mobilization and implementation functions (actuation)

4. Monitoring and Control

Monitoring and control functions (controlling) the latter is a function of the management process. This function has close links with the three other management functions, particularly with planning functions. Through the monitoring and control functions, the success of the program standards set forth in the form of targets, working procedure and so should always be compared with the results already achieved, or that can be done by staff.
