c. Management makes the goal is reached through the activities of others and their functions can be solved at least two primary responsibilities (planning and supervision)

d. Management is a process performed by one person / more to coordinate the activities of others to achieve results (goals) that can not be achieved by just one person. (Evancevich)

From the constraints mentioned above can be drawn a general conclusion that “Management is an activity to regulate other people in order to achieve a goal or complete a job.” If these restrictions are applied in the field of public health can be described as follows:

“Health management is an activity or an art to regulate the health workers and health to improve public health through health programs.” In other words public health management is the application of general management in public health care system so that the object and the target is a system management community health services.
